DESIGN RETAINER
Do you want to work with our design team, but only have the need for a limited scope of work? Our Design retainer service offers a flexible solution to those wanting our guidance alongside, but prefer to manage certain aspects of the design or timeline on their own. This service is offered in the form of time blocks that can be used as needed, to work on an aspect of the design and / or completion of the space.
This option is ideal for clients who desire more control over specific parts of the process, such as sourcing samples and selecting furnishings. It's also suitable for clients who need ongoing consultation throughout the project duration. If you're already well into your new construction project and require additional support, our design retainer can assist you with making selections, navigating lighting choices, and making decisions during crucial project phases.
VIRTUAL DESIGN
Not every project needs the full immersive experience. With Virtual Design we will help you develop the vision for your dream space before handing the reins over to you. Best for our remote clients or those who want a plan, but are looking to manage their project on their own. We order the recommended items and you manage executing the design.
FULL SERVICE
With our full service package we will guide you through the entire process, clearly identifying all aspects of your project, creating a custom design, and executing the vision. We have a three phase design process that enables us to create a space you will love to call home. All designs are all done to scale, with space planning in mind, which cuts down on the trial and error process. We offer ordering services so you can just sit back and relax until your design is ready to install. This option is perfect for clients who desire a simplified process and value a truly custom space. Since each remodel or new construction project is unique, we'll provide a custom design proposal for this service.

Consultation & sourcing
At this stage sourcing and finding the perfect pieces for your space is the name of the game. I hunt down those unique items that help us create a concept that reflects your direction for the design.
concept & render
It’s not always easy to picture how everything comes together, so we create digital renderings of each room design to help you truly envision your new space. This also allows us to work with local and long distance clients.
Ordering & Installation
With our virtual design process we will provide you with a shopping list and recommendations of where to order. However, you may need help putting it all together! We provide a installation guide to help you place all your items.
